Trial aim and background
The aim of this trial is to see how safe and effective the treatment Surovatamig (AZD0486) is, as well as how it compares to current treatment options in people with untreated FL.
The study consists of two parts:
- The first part aims to establish a suitable dose by comparing dose levels of Surovatamig
- The second part will use this dose to compare its effectiveness in combination with rituximab against 3 standard chemoimmunotherapy regimens
Who can enter
Adults with grade 1 – 3A FL who have received no prior treatment may be eligible for this trial.
