Soundtrack-E: A phase 1 and 2 trial of AZD0486 in people with B-cell lymphomas

Trial aim and background  

The aim of this trial is to assess how safe and effective the treatment AZD0486 is when given on its own or in combinations with other treatments in people with B-cell lymphomas.

The trial will be in three groups, with each group focusing on different types of lymphoma. The three groups will be:

  1. Relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic leukaemia (SLL)
  2. Relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
  3. Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or relapsed or refractory B-cell non Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL)

This is a phase 1 (early phase) trial. Little is known about the safety and effectiveness of this treatment. You might not benefit from the treatment, but the trial will give important information about this new treatment, which could help other people in the future. 


Who can enter 

Adults with DLBCL or, CLL, SLL or MCL and who have received at least one prior line of therapy may be eligible for this trial.

Recruitment is taking place at the following UK locations: 

  • Derriford Hospital, Plymouth
