J2N-MC-JZNX: A phase 2 trial of pirtobrutinib in people with relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL

Trial aim and background  

The aim of this trial is to see how safe and effective 3 different dose levels of the treatment pirtobrutinib is in people with relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL who have received a BTK inhibitor previously.

Pirtobrutinib is a type of targeted treatment called a BTK inhibitor. It blocks a protein called BTK. BTK is part of a pathway that helps B lymphocytes stay alive. 


Who can enter 

Adults with CLL/SLL who have received 1-3 prior lines of therapy including a BTK-inhibitor may be eligible for this trial.
