CaDAnCe-302: a phase 3 trial testing the treatment BGB-16673 in adults with CLL/SLL who have previously had a BTK and BCL2 inhibitor.

This trial aims to test the effectiveness of the treatment BGB-16673 in people with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have previously been treated with a BTK and BCL2 inhibitor.

Trial aim and background 

The aim of this trial is to compare the effectiveness and safety of the treatment BGB-16673 in people with CLL/SLL against the investigator’s choice of:

  • Idelalisib plus rituximab (in CLL only)
  • Bendamustine plus rituximab
  • Venetoclax plus rituximab

Investigators hope to compare the length of time people live without their CLL/SLL worsening. 


Who can enter

Adults with CLL or SLL who have previously received treatment with a BTKi and a BCL2i may be eligible for this trial.
