BGB-16673-304: A study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BGB-16673 compared to pirtobrutinib in adults with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma
This trial aims to see how safe and effective the treatment BGB-16673 is in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who had been previously treated with a covalent Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (cBTKi).

The aim of this trial is to compare the effectiveness and safety of the treatment BGB-16673 in people with CLL/SLL compared to treatment with pirtobrutinib.
Who can enter
Adults with CLL or SLL who have previously received treatment with a BTKi might be eligible for this trial.
