BGB-11417-302: a phase 3 trial testing sonrotoclax with zanubrutinib in adults with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma
This trial aims to compare sonrotoclax with zanubrutinib against zanubrutinib with a placebo in people with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) which are returned after (relapsed) or not responded to (refractory) treatment.
You can share the following clinicaltrials.gov identifier with your medical team so they can find out more about the trial: NCT06742996
Trial aim and background
The aim of this trial is to test how well the treatment sonrotoclax works when given with zanubrutinib in people with relapsed or refractory MCL. It will be compared against zanubrutinib given with a placebo. It will also test how safe the combination of sonrotoclax and zanubrutinib is.
Sonrotoclax is a BCL2 blocker which destroys cancer cells by stopping them grow and survive
Zanubrutinib is a type of targeted treatment called a BTK inhibitor. This blocks a protein called Bruton’s tyrosine kinase which is needed for B-cells to multiply.

Adults with mantle cell lymphoma who have received between 1 and 5 lines of treatment previously may be eligible for this trial.
